Ross Fraser is the founder and CEO of Lesteem, a cosmetic company with a heart for helping children around the world. Ross was born and raised in the Highlands of Scotland, and his parents instilled in him a strong sense of compassion for those less fortunate. After completing his studies at the Highland School of Cookery, Ross spent several years working in the Hospitality Trade, which only strengthened his resolve to make a difference in the lives of children living in poverty.
Since its inception, Lesteem has had a mission to look for charities that help children around the world to provide educational opportunities, food, and shelter for children in need.
Lesteem was founded with the goal of empowering women and giving them the tools they need to look and feel their best. But we didn't stop there. We also wanted to give back to the community, and so with every purchase, you're not only getting high-quality cosmetics, but you're also helping to improve their lives.
